De-stress with Dogs is a program run by Seattle University's Wellness and Health Promotion office. This event takes place during finals week every quarter of the academic year. During the event, therapy dogs, staff-owned dogs, and faculty dogs are invited onto campus for students to pet and play with. This event helps students to de-stress during some of the most stressful times of the school year.
